10/07-2/11:  Drafter for Freedom Group of Companies. Records correction for AT&T. Use EWO System and understand the process of AT&T’s regulations and procedures that are required. Became a QA and quality checked posters and provided feedback to assure excellence.

 

08/05-10/07: Drafter for QC Data Inc. Records correction for BellSouth now AT&T. Used EWO System and understand the process of AT&T’s regulations and  procedures that are required.

 

02/05-08/05:  Dispatcher for Lincoln County Sheriff Office.

Answered call, gathered information from callers, relay information to emergency response personnel. Wrote reports, maintained confidential records, operated and had access to NCIC and MJIC.

 

11/04-1/05: Tech. for Brookhaven Equipment Co.

Repaired fuel dispensers and other equipment

Located underground utility lines for MS One Call.
